Data for sales of last 6 years was collected for targeted variables both numerical and categorical.
Data was then structured as required for the analysis tools and data model.
A detailed Data Analytics was done to interpret and derive conclusions on the identified variables & their correlation – existing customer erosion, unaddressed segments & non-performing areas were shortlisted as problems.
Strategy was developed to address the problem areas and action plan implemented.

CAGR doubled - The growth rate doubled, and a sustainable order booking model was established for future. New Focus areas - New segments to focus were identified which helped the sales team in targeting & winning additional projects.
